Today Roxanne created a google document and invited me to add to it. Google documents are very useful online writing documents, similar to Microsoft Word, where 2 more people can edit the same document at the same time in real time. You can actually see the other person typing.
This is an incredibly useful tool when it comes to working as part of a team, and we managed to complete the task of filling in the documents sections in a matter of minutes due to the fact we were both working on the document at the same time.
Also, we're just having a very good day for work, and as such everything we came up with seems to be very good and suitable for what we're looking for. Below is the document we came up with in it's entirety.
To differentiate between what I wrote and what Roxanne wrote, we have written in 2 different colours. Roxanne's writing is Pink, and mine is Purple:
